Marcela Farms Inc.

MARCELA FARMS, INCORPORATED (MFI) was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and was awarded the SEC Certificate of Registration on March 06, 1996.  From mainly engaged in aquaculture, MFI developed other lines in agribusiness specifically on hog breeder/fattener production (piggery), poultry and rice and feed milling.  MFI filed an amendment of its Articles of Incorporation later in order to include trading and was approved by SEC, on the 24th day of September 1996. This integrated endeavor brings the province in the forefront of development in terms of investments, exports, livelihood and employment opportunities, which greatly contributed in building the framework of a progressive Bohol economy.
