Angeles Core Enterprises Inc.
The Company is situated at Barrio Pulung Cacutud, Angeles City. It started its business operations in 1983 as I. O. Basic Poultry Supply producing table eggs. It integrated to become a feed miller to cope with the increasing volume of feed consumption. Along with its manufacturing of feeds, the Company became a distributor of veterinary products for the swine and poultry industry of the multinational brand Schering Plough Animal Health (formerly Mallinckrodt Veterinary)
In July, 1995, the Company was incorporated as I. O. Basic Corporation; a family-owned corporation comprised of Mr. Ong Ing Lee, Emilia O. Hao, William Receda, Anson Ong and the late Mrs. Luminda Ong.
The Company started to manufacture and sell feeds commercially, with broiler and layer feeds as its core products. Consequently, different types of poultry, swine and fish feeds in pelleted form were developed in 1992. During this time, it established a name in the big operators of commercial broiler farms in Tarlac City.
The Company is a member of the prestigious Phil Association of Feed Millers, Inc (PAFMI) and the Import Group which has enabled the Company to be competitive in terms of raw material procurement through direct purchasing from big producers such as Cargill, Toepfer and Bunge.
In 1998, the Company has acquired an automated batching plant to further improve product quality and new technology machineries.
In 2000, The Company created its own veterinary distribution Company under the name of Nexgen Animal Products, Inc. and began to import its own product lines and distributors for international chemical companies such as BASF and Adisseo.
In January, 2003, the Company completed its state of the art, fully automated, Ottevanger pelletizing plant, which can be considered as one of the most modern plants in the country and South East Asia today.
The Company then formed Angeles Core Enterprises Inc., during the last quarter of 2003, to carry on with the Ace Feeds brand, which is recognized as a major producer of high quality feeds, in the poultry, hog, and aqua culture sector, serving customers in the different parts of the country. Its establishment has created employment opportunities in the City of Angeles. The company advocates community and social development through outreach programs, medical missions, livelihood programs in neighboring towns and in perceived areas throughout Luzon.

ACE FEEDS was built on a humble dream of becoming a successful producer of table eggs in 1985. What started as a humble dream slowly became a commitment to excellence, by expanding operations through feed manufacturing, initially marketing to big poultry and hog farms in the provinces of Pampanga, Tarlac and Nueva Ecija. ACE FEEDS slowly grew its market and with it made great leaps in the area of technology. In 1991, ACE FEEDS introduced its own pelleted feed, and currently boasts of fully automated feed plant with state of the art machines and equipment for testing, formulating and processing high value products for livestock, poultry and aquaculture.
ACE FEEDS’ dreams slowly became a vision, and in the decades that came, all these became a reality. In addition to the nationwide feed distribution business, ACE FEEDS later on added a veterinary products distribution, hog farms, and fish processing business. All of these are realized as part of the company’s steady commitment to providing value for money products, and on time services to the communities and business partners it has served.
