Everest Farms, Inc.

Everests Farms Inc. is a corporation established in 1980 and is presently
engaged in various agriculture businesses. It has piggery farms in Bulacan province
and Rizal province. It also operates poultry farms in Bulacan and Rizal provinces. The
corporation is also engaged in aqua culture and operates fish ponds in Pangasinan and
fish cages in Zambales and Batangas Provinces. The bulk of its feedmill production is
for its own consumption. The feedmill is registered in the BAI NCR office.
