Submit a letter of intent to PAFMI at pafmiphl@gmail.com and wait for the email confirmation

Members in PAFMI requires a completed application.
- The requirements are as follows:
- Should be a Feed Manufacturer
- Facility/CApacity - Minimum Production 10MT/Hr. (Complete Feed Mill Line)
- With Company owned laboratory and/or contracted third party laboratory duly accredited laboratory by BAI (submit a copy of certicicate)
- Shall not be engaged in the trading of basic raw materials for feed manufacturer
- Shall not be a member of any feed milling association
- Submit the following documents:
- Cerificates from BAI
- Latest Financial Report
- SEC Registration (Articles of Incorporation)
- BIR 2303 (Certificate of Registration)
- Endorsement Letters from existing members of PAFMI

Once the membership committee has reviewed your application, please prepare for a short presentation about your company. This should include the following:
- Company History
- Products and Services
- Facilities and Management
- Goals of Application

Plant visit (sponspored by applicant) - Will apply after the pandemic
Step

Upon the recommendation of the committee to the board, once approved, an acceptance letter will be sent to your email.

Pay the one time membership fee and good will
