Members in PAFMI requires a completed application.

• The requirements are as follows:
• Should be a Feed Manufacturer
• Facility/CApacity - Minimum Production 10MT/Hr. (Complete Feed Mill Line)
• With Company owned laboratory and/or contracted third party laboratory duly accredited laboratory by BAI (submit a copy of certicicate)
• Shall not be engaged in the trading of basic raw materials for feed manufacturer
• Shall not be a member of any feed milling association
• Submit the following documents:
• Cerificates from BAI
• Latest Financial Report
• SEC Registration (Articles of Incorporation)
• BIR 2303 (Certificate of Registration)
• Endorsement Letters from existing members of PAFMI

Once the membership committee has reviewed your application, please prepare for a short presentation about your company. This should include the following:

• Company History
• Products and Services
• Facilities and Management
• Goals of Application

Plant visit (sponspored by applicant) - Will apply after the pandemic

Upon the recommendation of the committee to the board, once approved, an acceptance letter will be sent to your email.
